This utility creates, using variable periodic payments
(regular or irregular) an indexation table which may be used thereafter
in other calculations ("Accrual by Installment", "Present Value"
or "Indexation of an amount").
This allows the user to enter the payment changes
and corresponding dates in order to obtain an indexation table that
can then be used to create complex interest tables with uniform
and non uniform payments.
