Results table may be saved to edit later:

  • New installment
  • Installment not made
  • Additional capital
  • New interest rate and new installment
  • Completely custom table with uniform or non uniform installment, regular or irregular installment
  • Etc.

Fixed rate within variable rates may be specified if desired (name of choice)

In this example, 5% is the fixed rate

Add installments between two periods

Add installments at the end of the table

Modify lines (date, installment amount or rate change)

Negative installment for reduction of capital

Eliminate lines as required

Automatic indexation of the installments following an indexation table

After a table is changed, the data is automatically updated

Edit many lines at once to:

  • change installments
  • change interest rates
  • delete one or more lines

Create a completely custom installment schedule as needed
 
Obtain total Installments and Interest for the selected lines or accumulated up to the selected line
