Why we charge for the 30-day demo?

Margill clients are mostly professionals (98%) and the software is meant for more robust needs.

For a simple and regular loan or mortgage, there are plenty of inexpensive or free software out there (go to Tucows, Download.com, etc.). These will most often do basic calculations accurately and you will not need Margill.

If you are a professional and have special, more complex needs (irregular payments, variable interest rates…), then Margill is for you. Our clients include:

• Banks, accountants, mortgage brokers, lenders, asset finance companies, real estate developers, property managers, financial planners, attorneys, judges, trade unions, governments and cities, universities, insurers, and small, medium and large corporations…

We charge because all clients who download a demo or purchase the regular license will be well taken care of. We will take the time to answer your questions. We can give you a call, no matter where you are located. We will take the time to go through Margill and explain how it can meet your needs. Our goal is to guide you and if Margill meets your needs, great, we will be happy to count you as one of our clients.

When you buy the demo and then purchase the full license, we also deduct the price paid. If Margill doesn't meet your needs, then no big deal, you spent $20.

• your company name and what it does
• your email
• your phone
• your city
• what you are looking for in terms of calculations.

We will provide you the download link. Only corporate e-mails will be allowed (no Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail or other ISP (AOL) address will be eligible - you'll have to pay then). The free demo is available for professional use only. All information you submit to us is kept confidential and we do not provide this list to anyone else. Even we will do 2, maximum 3 follow ups. That's it.
